This document responds to the Joint Standing Committee on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Inquiry into the operation of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The submission acknowledges the value of the NDIS Commission and the need for a national approach to the NDIS for participants and providers, while highlighting issues that AHPA and our member associations have identified with the Commission.
