With funding from the Federal Department of Health, the Australian Psychological Society has developed a series of online training modules, webinars and resources for the mental health workforce to support the provision of clinical mental health services for older people living in residential aged care. The courses are currently free for a limited time only.

This course aims to provide educational information about ageing, navigating the age care system and residential aged care setting, and commonly occurring mental heath issues in older people to support the work of those delivering lower intensity mental health services in residential aged care. Suitable for health workers such as registered nurses, audiologists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, optometrists, speech pathologists, osteopaths, podiatrists, dieticians and other health workers.
