Embedding virtual, patient-centred care at ATC 2019
Designing and embedding patient-centred virtual care and telehealth services is the theme for the Australian Telehealth Conference (ATC) to be held in Brisbane 3-4 April this year.
ATC 2019 is one of the annual conferences of the Health Informatics Society of Australia (HISA), Australia’s longest established digital health peak body.
HISA works with members, supporters and stakeholders across the Australian and international digital health community to educate healthcare professionals on the evolving world of co-designed virtual patient care and telemedicine.
If you are working in hospitals and healthcare and are facing the challenges of implementing virtual and telehealth care solutions that connect patients to care wherever they are and whenever they need it, you can learn from the experience of clinicians and other healthcare service providers on how they are embedding virtual and telehealth patient-centred care solutions into their service design including how they are enabling their health workforce in this changing landscape of patient care.
Co-designed virtual care is a global movement in healthcare – come and learn how to tackle the challenges and opportunities for implementing virtual care and telehealth solutions to improve your services.
