This week, AHPA CEO Bronwyn Morris-Donovan attended the Department of Health and Aged Care’s annual Primary Care Conference in Canberra.
The theme for this year’s conference was ‘One health system in partnership.’
While still heavily on focused on general practice, there is a palpable sense of evolution and maturation in relation to primary care.
Collectively, we’re building out a definition that recognises primary care is more than general practice – allied health, nursing, and PHNs are core to delivering comprehensive, convenient and cost-effective care.
