AHPA responds to The NDIS Review on Quality and Safeguarding, specifically, answering the questions “What is working well about the Framework? What is not working well to promote safeguards of people with disability and the quality of supports?”.
We challenge the current framework and evidence to support it, and encourage participant education and upskilling in self-advocacy and knowledge of regulatory mechanisms.
